VirtualCandy respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same in return. If you believe content on virtualcandy-ai.com infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice using the process below.

01 Our commitment

We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

02 How to file a takedown notice

Send a written notice to support@virtualcandy-ai.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". To be valid, your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (your full legal name).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears, so we can locate it.
  4. Your contact details — name, email, and address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please make sure all six items are included.

03 What happens next

Once we receive a valid notice, we aim to review and act on it promptly. We may remove or disable the material and notify the party who posted it, if applicable. We may also keep a record of notices received.

04 Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its previous location, include your contact details and signature, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

05 Repeat infringers & good faith

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict repeat infringers. Please note that knowingly filing a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, consider seeking legal advice before filing.
